Minke Irish Gin is a small-batch craft gin made in Ireland. It is made with a blend of botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, orange peel, lemon peel, and elderflower. The gin is distilled in a copper pot still and is bottled at 40% ABV. Minke Irish Gin has a smooth, juniper-forward flavor with a hint of citrus and floral notes. It is perfect for sipping neat or in a variety of cocktails.
